南阳地区汉族成人掌纹纹型调查

摘　　要：目的研究河南南阳汉族成人掌纹模式样本的参数。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法分析南阳地区汉族成人掌纹样本660份(男360份,女300份)。结果南阳地区汉族成人t PD男性低于女性(P<0.05)。Atd、a-b RC不同性别、手别间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。大鱼际真实花纹的总出现率为9.32%,男性大鱼际真实花纹的出现率高于女性(P>0.05)。指间区真实花纹的出现频率83.42%,均以Ⅳ最高。二指间、三指间不同性别、不同手别差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。四指间仅男左高于男右(P<0.05)。小鱼际真实花纹出现频率为20.68%,同性别间比较左手高于右手(P<0.05)。掌主线指数男、女间无差别,而同性别间比较右手高于左手。掌褶纹中普通型的出现率最高,无性别差别。结论获得了南阳地区汉族成人的掌纹样本参数,为人类学、遗传学等研究提供了肤纹学数据。Objective：To study the palmprint pattern parameters of Han adult in Nanyang district. Methods：660 palmprint samplesof Han adult in Nanyang district,including 360 of the male and 300 of the female were analysed by the method of random cluster sampling. Results：The t PD of the male was lower than the female in Han adult nationality of Nanyang district（P〈0.05）,while the Atd、a-b RC had no difference between the different sex and hands（P〉0.05）.The total occurrence rate of true pattern in Thenar was 9.32%,and the male was higher than the female（P〉0.05）.The total occurrence rate of true pattern among the finger was 83.42%,the highest of which was the four finger. There had no statistically significant difference among the Two fingers,three fingers of different sex, or different hand（P〉0.05）,yet the 4 left finger of which in the male was higher than the right（P〈0.05）.The total occurrence rate of true pattern in the hypothenar was 20.68%,which was higher in the left hand than the right of the same sex（P〈0.05）.The main line of palmar had no difference between the male and the female,while was higher in the right hand than the left of the same sex. The occurrence rate of palmar flexion crease was the common pattern,which had no sex difference. Conclusion The palmprint pattern parameters of Han adult in Nanyang district were achieved,which provides dermatoglyphic data for the study of anthropology and genetics.
