摘  要:研究了水溶液体系中广金钱草和柠檬酸镁存在下对草酸钙结晶及晶体生长的影响.XRD谱图分析表明,广金钱草对草酸钙晶型基本无影响,柠檬酸镁浓度较高时可诱导二水合草酸钙的形成;SEM图像分析表明,广金钱草可抑制大颗粒草酸钙晶体的形成,从而产生大量的小尺寸草酸钙晶体,柠檬酸镁可改变草酸钙晶体的形貌,使其形成片状或层状的晶体.实验结果表明,广金钱草和柠檬酸镁的存在或者有利于阻止草酸钙晶体变大形成尿石,或者诱导二水合草酸钙(COD)的形成.该结论可为临床上治疗CaOxa结石提供参考.In the presence of desmodium styracifolium and magnesium citrate, their influence on calcium oxalate crystallization and crystal growth in the aqueous solution system is studied respectively. XRD spectra analysis shows that desmodium styracifolium has little effects on the crystal form of calcium oxalate, and the magnesium citrate can induce the formation of two hydrated calcium oxalate when its concentration is in a high level. SEM image analysis shows that desmodium styracifolium can inhibit the formation of large granular calcium oxalate crystal and results in generating a large number of calcium oxalate crystals with small size. Magnesium citrate may change the morphology of calcium oxalate crystal, and make them form lamellar or layered crystals. These experimental results show that the presence of desmodium styracifolium and magnesium citrate can prevent calcium oxalate crystals to form bigger urinary stones, or induce the formation of two hydrated calcium oxalate. The conclusion can provide a reference for clinical treatment of CaOxa calculi.
