摘 要:以包头铝业有限公司和东方希望包头稀土铝业有限责任公司电解车间氟化物现状排放为基础,通过对电解铝车间污染源排放口的监测,计算了电解车间氟化物有组织、无组织排放量,集气效率及去除效率.计算结果表明:氟化物去除效率基本接近设计值,集气效率低于设计值10%左右,无组织排放量占比较大,吨铝排氟量偏高.利用CALPUFF大气扩散模型进行了污染源允许排放量动态调控模拟,可以实现企业周边环境敏感点氟化物环境空气质量的稳定达标,为两大企业污染物排放总量控制对策、措施的制定提供了一定的理论指导.从模拟结果来看,包铝、希铝最大允许排放量可分别减少到现有排放量的10.72%,18.19%,可以实现控制区大气环境质量达标.This paper based on the fluoride emissions of the electrolysis plant about Baotou Aluminum Co. and East Hope Baotou Rare Earth Aluminum Co. ,through pollution monitoring of the aluminum plant outfall,calculation of fluoride organized, fugitive emissions,gas collection efficiency and removal efficiency. The results show that fluoride removal efficiency was close to the design value, gas collection efficiency of about 10% lower than the design value, fugitive emissions accounted for large, the fluoride emissions atmospheric dispersion of aluminum every tons is high. Finally, it makes use of the CALPUFF model and was used for conducting the dynamic of allowing emissions. The aim is that makes enterprise surrounding environment sensitive points of the fluoride realizes stable standard of the atmospheric environment. At the same time it can provide some theoretical guidance for the control strategies and measures of the two enterprise pollutants emission. From the regulation of the analyzed results, the maximum allowable emissions of the Baotou Aluminum Co. reduce to 10.72% of the existing emissions; East Hope Baotou Rare Earth Aluminum Co. reduce to 18.19% of the existing emissions that can meet the nation air ambient quality standards of the control area.
