摘　　要：锰可以引起睾丸的组织病理学改变,抑制G-6PD和NADH活性,抑制铁和锌的吸收,导致性发育不良和性功能低下。在细胞凋亡信号传导通路上,线粒体通路和死亡受体通路的交汇点在caspase-3,caspase-3m RNA可以把DNA的遗传信息精确无误地转录下来,决定蛋白质的氨基酸顺序,完成基因表达过程中的遗传信息传递。caspase-3由细胞质进入细胞核是其发挥促凋亡作用所必需的过程,可以通过检测caspase-3蛋白的活性,为早期发现和诊断各种原因所导致的生精障碍提供依据,以caspase-3抑制剂或拮抗蛋白治疗可以为治疗男性不育开辟一条新的途径。Manganese causes the pathological changes of testis, inhibits the activity of G-6PD, NADH, and the absorption of iron and zinc, leading to bad and retardate sexual function. The mitochondrial pathway and the death receptor pathway intersected at caspase-3 of the apoptotic signal pathway. Caspase-3 mRNA can take the transcribed genetic information of DNA accurately, determine the amino acid sequence of a protein, complete gene expression in the process of transferation. Caspase-3 from the cytoplasm into the nucleus is the process of promoting apoptosis, which can be detected by the activity of the caspase-3 protein, and provide the basis for early detection and diagnosis of spermatogenic disorders caused by various reasons, a caspase-3 inhibitor or antagonist protein therapy can open up a new way for the treatment of male infertility.
