摘  要:本文以分析纯化学试剂α—Al2O3、SiO2和CaCO3为原料,研究了烧结温度为1350℃,Al2O3与SiO2质量比为3.0,CaO与Al2O3摩尔比(C/A)为0.9~1.4时CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系物料的物相转化机制、熔化温度、氧化铝浸出性能和粉化性能。结果表明:C/A〈1.0时,熟料物相为γ-Ca2SiO4、CaAl2O4、Ca12Al14O33和Ca2Al2Si07;1.0≤C/A≤1.4时,熟料物相为γ-Ca2SiO4、CaAl2O4和Ca12Al14O33;提高C/A可以促使Ca2Al2SiO7结合CaO转化成γ-Ca2SiO4、CaM2O4和Ca12Al14O33,CaAl2O4进一步结合CaO生成Ca12Al14O33。随着C/A的升高,物料的熔化温度升高,熟料氧化铝浸出性能和粉化性能先增大后减小。The mineral transformation, melting temperature, alumina leaching and pulverization property of clinker in CaO - Al2O3 - Si02 system are studied by using analytical reagents a - Al2O3, SiO2 and CaCO3 as raw materials sintered at 1350℃ when the mass ratio of Al2O3 to SiO2 is 3.0 and the molar ratios of CaO to Al2O3 (C/A) are 0.9 - 1.4. The results show that the mineral phases in the clinker are γ- Ca2SiO4, CaAl2O4, Ca12Al14O33 and Ca2Al2SiO7 when C/A is below 1.0, while the mineral phases are γ - Ca2SiO4 , CaAl2O4 and Ca12Al14O33 when C/A is between 1.0 and 1.4. Increasing C/A both promotes the transformation of Ca2A12SiO7 reacting with CaO to form γ - Ca2SiO4 , CaAl2O4 and Ca12Al14O33, and the transformation of CaAl2O4 reacting with CaO to form Ca12Al14O33. The melting temperature increases gradually, alumina leaching and pulverization property of clinker in- creases and then decreases with the increase of C/A.
