摘  要:本文针对使用"钙化-碳化法"处理拜耳法赤泥的核心环节进行了热力学分析,并以山西某企业的拜耳法赤泥为原料进行了试验探索研究。研究结果表明升高温度不利于赤泥的钙化及碳化过程,增大二氧化碳分压对碳化反应的影响不大;一水铝石高温溶出赤泥在240℃,氧化钙添加量为30wt.%的钙化条件下,经五次碳化溶铝后渣中A/S可降到0.68,碱含量可降到0.5wt.%,处理效果较好。Thermodynamics of calcification and carbonation process were analyzed in this paper, and experiment research was completed using red mud from Bayer process in an enterprise in Shanxi as materials. The results showed that higher temperature was disadvantage for Calcification and carbonation process, and the increasing of CO2 pressure had little influence on the carbonation reaction. The red mud was treated at following conditions: calcifying temperature was 240℃, lime content was 30wt%. After the red mud was treated five times at above conditions, the alumina silicon ratio of red mud could be dropped to 0.68, and alkali content could be reduced to 0.5wt%.
