摘 要:研究了高效处理炭素烟气洗涤废水技术,采用微电解、高级化学氧化、混凝沉淀组合工艺对炭素烟气洗涤废水进行综合处理试验。试验结果表明:采用由内电解单元、芬顿单元、混凝沉淀单元组成的集成脱色系统效果显著,原水色度1600倍,最终出水色度低于50倍,综合脱色率90%以上;出水氟离子质量浓度低于30mg·L-1,除氟率超过90%;出水COD和DOC质量浓度分别在200mg·L-1和100mg·L-1以下,去除率分别为94%和87%;出水钒离子浓度4mg/L,去除率达90%;总体处理费用可控制在10元/t以下。The efficient processing technology of flue gas washing wastewater for carbon production is studied in this paper, by adopting micro electrolysis technology, advanced chemical oxidation, and coagulation sedimentation process. The results show that the effect is remarkable by using integrated decolo- ring system with internal electrolysis unit, Fenton unit, and coagulation sedimentation unit, raw water chroma is 1600 times, the final processed wastewater chroma is less than 50 times, the comprehensive decoloring rate is more than 90%, water fluoride ion concentration is lower than 30mg/L, fluoride removal rate is more than 90%, the effluent COD and DOC are respectively less than 200mg/L and 100mg/L, the removal rates are 94% and 87% respectively, the vanadium ion concentration is 4 mg/L, the removal rate reaches 90%, and the overall processing costs can be controlled underl1 RMB/t.
