摘  要:目的对丹参微波灭菌工艺进行优选。方法以药材粒度、灭菌时间、灭菌功率为考察因素,以灭菌率和丹参中活性成分丹参酮ⅡA的含量为评价指标,采用正交设计综合评分法优化微波灭菌的工艺参数。结果最佳微波灭菌工艺参数:灭菌功率6000 W,灭菌时间8 min,药材粒度100目。结论正交设计综合评分法可用于丹参微波灭菌工艺参数优化,该方法简便可行,优选的工艺灭菌效率高,且能最大程度保留丹参中的有效活性成分。Objective To optimize the microwave sterilization technology of Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge. Meth- ods Orthogonal design was carried out to achieve the best microwave sterilization technology of Salvia miltion'hiza bunge using the comprehensive evaluation method with the particle size of herbs, sterilization time and microwave pow- er as factors to be inuestigated, and sterilization rate and tanshinone ⅡA active constituent in Salvia mihiorrhiza bunge as indexes. Results The optimized sterilization technology was as follows: microwave power 6000 W, sterilization time 8 min and herbals particle size 100 mesh. Conclusion Orthogonal design and the comprehensive evaluation method can be used to optimize the microwave sterilization technology of Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge. This method not only has a high sterilization efficiency,but can maximize the retention of active ingredients in Salvia mihiorrhiza bunge.
