HPLC法测定益心胶囊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定益心胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法测定益心胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。色谱柱为Agilent C18,流动相为甲醇-水（80∶20）,流速为1.2 ml·min-1,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果益心胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的进样量在1.760～44.00μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9995）,平均回收率为99.47%,RSD为0.49%（n=9）。结论该方法操作简便、快捷、准确、可靠,可用于益心胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量的质量控制。Objective To develop a method for content determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Yixin capsules. Methods HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on the Agilent C18 column with a mobile phase composed of methanol-Ap, dest. （80： 30） at a flow rate of 1.2 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 270 mn at 30℃. The injection size was 10 μl. Results The linear range of Tanshinone Ⅱ A was 1. 760 - 44.00 μg ·ml -1 （ r = 0. 9995 ）. The average recovery was 99.47% （ RSD = 0.49%, n = 9）. Conclusion This method is simple, quick, accurate and reliable for quality control of Yixin capsules.
