摘  要:目的建立复方连翘软膏中连翘、黄芩的鉴别方法。方法 TLC法,连翘:采用甲醇为提取液,以三氯甲烷-甲醇(5∶1)为展开剂,10%硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂;黄芩:采用乙酸乙酯-甲醇(3∶1)的混合溶液作为提取液,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(10∶3∶1∶2)为展开剂,紫外光灯(365 nm)下检视。结果供试品色谱中黄芩、连翘苷斑点的位置及颜色与相应的对照药材及对照品色谱一致。结论本方法试验操作简便,斑点明显,分离度和重复性好,此法可用于复方连翘软膏的定性鉴别。Objective To establish the method for identification of compound weeping forsythia ointment for- sythia, Scutellaria baicalensis. Methods For forsythiae fructus, TLC method was used with methanol as the extrac- ting solution. The developing agent was chloroform-methanol (5:1 ) and the developer was sulphuric acid-alcohol ( 1 : 10). For scutellariae radix , the mixed solution of ethyl acetate and methanol ( 3: 1 ) was used as the extracting solution, and the developing agent was toluene-ethyl acetate-methanol-formic acid (10: 3: 1:2) at the detection wavelength of 230 nm. Results In the spectrum, forsythiae fructus and scutellariae radix were of the same position and color as the reference substance and reference crude herb. Conclusion This method, with good reproducibility and separation, is simple and clear in spots,which can be used to identify Compound Forsythiae Qintment.
