物流作业指令系统在药品管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的介绍解放军309医院研发的物流作业指令系统,加强院内药品物流作业的规范化、自动化管理。方法将医院内网药库信息化管理(HIS)系统、HIS外网服务器平台和供应商业务系统进行数据信息对接,通过标准化数据接口把所需的数据推送到物流作业指令系统。结果物流作业指令系统涵盖了药品采购、供应商药品配送、收货验收及患者使用的所有环节,达到全品种药品的条码管理,形成药品物流、信息流及资金流的闭环式管理。结论物流作业指令系统实现了药品的全流程高效信息流转及药品的实时追踪,提升了医院药品物流管理精细化水平及医疗服务质量。Objective To recommend the logistics operations command system developed by our hospital in order to bring standardization and automation into the logistics operation of medicines. Methods The hospital storeroominformation management （HIS） system, external network server platform, and the business system were connected by standardizing data interfaces which pushed the required data to the logistics operation instruction. Results The procurement of drugs, drug distribution by suppliers, receipt and acceptance, and the whole process of use of medicines by patients were covered by the logistics operations command system. The barcode management of each variety of drugs was achieved and the pharmaceutical logistics, information flow and capital flow formed a closed loop. Conclusion The logistics operations command system can help to ensure efficient information flow and real-time tracking of drugs. The precision level of management of pharmaceutical logistics and quality of medical services can be improved via this system.
