摘　　要：目的结合现代战争战伤情况,探索战场药材保障方法。方法分析现代战争致伤特点,获取有关战伤救治启示,在此基础上对战场保障用药进行思考。结果通过对现代战争战伤情况的理论分析及北京军区总医院野战医疗所的实践总结,发现了目前战场药材保障方面的问题和不足,提出了药材保障的方向和建议。结论建立科学的战场药材保障体系是未来战争所需,对野战医疗所完成作战任务具有极其重要的意义。Objective To investigate the characteristics of casualties on the battlefield for the purpose of improving medicinal security in modem warfare. Methods The characteristics of casualties in modem warfare was ana- lyzed. The revelation of war wound care was summarized. Besides, ways of medical material supply on the battlefield were considered. Results Based on theoretical analyses of combat casualties and on summaries of field medical clin- ics ,the problems and flaws in medicinal security were uncovered, and suggestions were raised. Conclusion Scientific management and supply of medicinal materials are crucial to accomplishment of combat missions in a new era.
