慢性咽炎患者应用养阴利咽汤的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析讨论采用养阴利咽汤治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法:随机抽取笔者所在医院慢性咽炎患者102例,分为两组,对照组选择地塞米松与庆大霉素雾化吸入治疗,而观察组选择养阴利咽汤治疗。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为70.59%,而观察组治疗总有效率为96.08%,观察组的疗效优于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用养阴利咽汤治疗慢性咽炎,其具有较好的临床效果。Objective： To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of Yin Liyan Decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods：Randomly selected in our hospital from March on March 2014 and 2015 102 cases of chronic pharyngitis patients as the observation object, using were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group dexamethasone and gentamicin aerosol inhalation in the treatment, and the observation group Yin Liyan Tang treatment.Results：In the control treatment group total effective rate was 70.59%, and observation of the treatment group total efficiency was 96.08%. In the observation group, the clinical therapeutic effect of significantly better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conelusiou：The Yin Liyan Decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis has good clinical effect.
