手术室麻醉苏醒护理减少腹部手术患者全麻苏醒期躁动的临床效果

摘　　要：目的：针对手术室麻醉苏醒护理减少腹部手术患者全麻苏醒期躁动的临床效果进行分析研究。方法：选择我院2013年12月~2014年12月行腹部手术的患者120例,随机分组,对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施手术室麻醉苏醒护理,针对两组患者苏醒期的躁动情况、血压、心率进行观察比较。结果：本次研究中观察组患者的苏醒期的收缩压、舒张压、心率与对照组患者比较,有显著差异,且观察组低于对照组,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组患者苏醒期的躁动发生率为6.67%,对照组的为26.67%,经统计比较,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论：针对腹部手术实施全麻的患者,在苏醒期实施手术室苏醒护理,可以减少患者苏醒期躁动事件的发生,有良好的护理效果。Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of the anesthesia recovery nursing in operation room to reduce agitation in recovery period in patients undergoing abdominal operation.Methods：Randomly selected in our hospital from 2013 December -2014 year in December period, 120 abdominal operation patients treated cases,as the research object,and the average divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing,observation group of patients to nursing in operation room anesthesia in two groups of patients, restlessness,blood pressure＋heart rate were observed and cornpared.Results： This study observed the recovery period in patients with systolic pressure,diastolic pressure, heart rate,compared with the control group, there was significant difference,and the observation group than in the control group,P〈0.05,with statistical significance. Observation group patients during recovery period of restlessness incidence rate was 6.67%,the control group was 26.67%,by statistical comparison,P〈0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion：Abdominal operation under general anesthesia for patients,the implementation of nursing in operation room to recovery period＋ can reduce the incidence of emergence agitation in patients undergoing events,has good effect,which can be applied.
