摘　　要：牵正散为历代医家治疗中风及口眼?斜之要方,罗才贵主任医师根据颈椎病的病因病机认为颈椎病过程中多兼有"风痰入络"之现象,故以牵正散加味治疗各种证型颈椎病临床疗效显著。As an essential recipe prescribed by doctors of successive ages for stroke and facial distortion, the modi- fied Qianzheng Powder clinically exerted significant curative effect on various types of cervical spondylosis, medicated by Luo Caigui, a chief physician, as he recognized that the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis mostly accompa- ny the phenomenon ＂wind and phlegm invading collaterals＂.
