摘　　要：胃癌前病变是虚实夹杂的病理状态,本虚以脾胃气阴两虚为主,标实则有络瘀、气滞、湿阻、毒瘀交阻等。由实致虚是其主要病机转化规律。其中胃络瘀阻存在于整个病程。气阴两虚,瘀阻胃络是胃癌前病变主要病机,益气养阴活血法可以干预胃癌基因异常表达。萎胃安煎剂能够逆转胃癌前病变的病理变化,改善胃粘膜。The pathological manifestation of gastric precancerous lesions was mainly mixture of deficiency and ex- cess, namely viscera deficiency and excess in pathological factors. The viscera deficiency manifested in deficiency of spleen qi and stomach Fin, while pathological factors mainly were blood stasis, qi stagnation, dampness accumulation and mixture of toxin as well as phlegm. The pathogenesis conditions mostly transformed from excess to deficiency and blood stasis stagnated in gastric collaterals in the whole duration of disease. Qi and Yin deficiency as well as phlegm obstructing gastric collaterals are major pathogenesis for gastric precancerous lesions. The method of replenishing qi, activating blood and nourishing Fin can interfere with the abnormal expression of cancer genes. Weiwei＇ an Decocotion can prevent the pathological changes of gastric cancer and promote the condition of gastric mueosa.
