元参水提取物免疫调节作用的实验研究

摘  要:目的探索元参水提取物的升白作用。方法选择C57小鼠为实验动物,环磷酰胺引起的白细胞下降为实验模型,灌胃给药,眶静脉取血检测白细胞、红细胞、血小板等参数,解剖出心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胸腺、肾上腺、睾丸、精囊前列腺等脏器,计算脏器指数,通过对数据进行统计学处理分析实验结果。结果元参中、大剂量显著对抗因环磷酰胺引起的白细胞降低(P<0.05);元参小、中剂量可显著对抗环磷酰胺引起的精囊前列腺萎缩(P<0.01)。结论元参具有免疫调节作用,可适用于由环磷酰胺引起的白细胞降低,纠正免疫功能低下。Objective: To discover the leukogenic effect of Yuanshen from its water extract. Methods As experi- mental animals, C57 mice selected were cultivated by intragastric administration with cyclophosphamide decreasing white blood cells. Such parameters as white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets were tested by drawing blood samples from their vena orbitalis; the organs such as heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, thymus gland, adrenal gland, testicle, semi- nal vesicle and prostate were dissected from the mice to count viscera indexes; the experimental data were processed with statistical analysis. Results: The medium and large dose of Yuanshen could significantly prevent declining of white blood cells caused by cyclophosphamide ( P〈0.05 ) ; the small and medium dose of Yuanshen markedly resisted the atrophy of seminal vesicle and prostate due to the function of cyclophosphamide (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Yuanshen can adjust im- mune function and be available to victims of immune hypo-function due to declining leucocytes caused by cyclophesphamide.
