摘 要:行走式塔吊广泛应用于大跨度钢结构施工中,而行走式塔吊轨道的设计是塔吊得以在大面积混凝土多层框架结构上行走的重要前提.本文针对多种跨距并且需要弧线布置的行走式塔吊轨道,以阿布扎比国际机场主体航站楼钢结构工程为例,阐述应用弯弧式轨道的优点.介绍在大跨距、大温差条件下,塔吊轨道梁的设计,曲线钢轨最小曲率半径的计算以及修正行走轨道和加宽车轮踏面相结合的转弯设计方案.通过实践证明,该设计安全、可行,并具有一定的经济效益.Mobile tower crane is wide track girder is an important precondi ly used in the construction of long-span steel structures. Design of tion for mobile tower crane walking on concrete frame structure of large area and multilayers. This paper focuses on multiple span and arc arrangement tracks. Main terminal steel structure of Abu Dhabi International Airport will be taken as an example to explain the benefit of using curved tracks. Discussions include the design of track girder for mobile tower crane in the condition of long span and large temperature difference, the calculation of minimum curvature radius of curved rail and design scheme for curved track by adjusting position of curved rail and widening wheel tread. Real- world applications have proved the design is safe, feasible and has certain economic benefit.
