摘 要:基于计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,选用Reynolds时均的标准k-ε湍流模型对碟式机架三维定常风场进行模拟,分析了不同俯仰角下阻塞效应对机架平均风荷系数的影响,得到了最佳阻塞比范围,并在此基础上探讨了阻塞比变化对机架镜面平均风压分布以及整机流场特性的影响.结果表明:随阻塞比增加碟式机架平均风荷系数增加,阻塞比在2.76%~3.10%之间时,风荷系数变化较小;镜面迎风面表面压力为正压、背风面为负压,其中,阻塞比增加对迎风面表面压力分布的影响要弱于对背风面压力分布的影响.A standard k-ε model of the Reynolds Averages Navier-Stokes Equations(RANS) turbulence model is added in a computational fluid dynamics method to numerically simulate the 3D steady wind flow field around dish CSP rack. At different pitch angles, the influence of block effect on rack's coefficient of mean wind load is analyzed, and the best blockage ratio range is gained. Then the authors discuss the influence of mean wind pressure distribution on rack mirror and the whole flow field characteristics by the change of blockage ratio. The results indicate that an increasing mean wind load coefficient on dish CSP rack is caused by increased blockage ratio, and the change of wind load coefficient is small when blockage ration is between 2. 76 and 3. 10 percent. The pressure on the mirror of windward is positive and the leeward is negative. The surface pressure distribution on the mirror of windward affected by the increased blockage ratio is weaker than leeward.
