摘　　要：北京某单位办公楼及宿舍项目改造过程中对冬季热源、夏季冷源方式进行比较,即采用一体化直燃机,夏季制冷,冬季采暖并提供生活热水;VRV加市政热力系统,夏季由VRV制冷,冬季采暖及全年卫生热水均由市政热水提供;VRV加太阳能热水,夏季由VRV制冷,冬季由VRV制热,太阳能提供全年卫生热水。对3种能源方式的技术可行性、初投资、运行费用等做详细对比分析。Comparison of the heat source in winter, summer cold source of Beijing a unit office building and dormitory project transformation process, namely the use of direct fired machine, integration of summer cooling, winter heating and provide hot water for life; VRV plus municipal heating system by VRV, summer refrigeration, heating in winter and annual sanitary hot water is provided by the municipal water; VRV with solar water heating, refrigeration winter summer by VRV, by the VRV heating, sanitary hot water solar year. Technical feasibility analysis, three kinds ofenergyin the form of initial investment, operating cost and so on in detail.
