摘　　要：文章认为,我国经济法的设立过程中,存在个人经济发展、企业并购、国际贸易等方面的经济发展权的矛盾,为此,应从城乡二元经济结构调整、公平和效益兼顾、完善"第三国"协调机制等方面入手,相应调整经济法的内容。According to the article, in the process of the establishment of the economic law in China, there are contradictions in the aspects of personal economic development, enterprise mergers and acquisitions and international trade. Therefore, we should adjust the relevant content in economic law from the aspects of urban and rural dual economic structure adjustment, balance of justice and efficiency, improve the mechanism for coordinating.
