服务经济背景下云南省服务业的崛起与发展研究

摘　　要：在世界经济步入服务经济时代的背景下,服务业对经济的影响越来越深远并成为衡量一国或地区经济发展状况的重要指标。文章在对云南省服务业整体概况进行描述的基础上,基于内部行业对服务业整体的灰色关联分析得知:云南省服务业处于发展中的初级阶段,发展层次较低,滞后于全国平均水平,传统服务业对服务业影响占据主导地位,现代服务业对经济的带动效应尚不显著。为了挖掘现代服务业对经济发展带动的潜力,结合云南省传统服务业和现代服务业的发展情况,云南省需要对传统服务业进行改造提升,提高产业运营效率;把发展现代服务业和培育新兴优势产业作为重点。此外,根据云南省自身发展及现代服务业发展趋势,还需要加大对现代服务业的政策支持以及积极引进人才和先进技术等。Under the background of the world economy has entered into the service economy, the impact of service on the economy is increasingly far-reaching as an important indicator. This paper based on the situation of Yunnan province in the service sector, analyzes the whole service industry internal industry by using the grey correlation： the service industry in Yunnan province is still at the preliminary stage and its level lags behind the national average, traditional services on the dominant place, modem service industry＇s driving effect on the economy is not significant. In order to develop the potential of the modem service industry to the economic development, combined with traditional service industries and modem service industry, Yunnan province needs to transform and upgrade traditional service industry, improve the efficiency of industrial operations, focus on developing modem service industry. Moreover, according to their own development trend of modem service industry also need to increase policy support for modem service industry and actively introduce talents and advanced technology in Yunnan province.
