摘 要:为了验证醋糟、发酵醋糟在肉兔日粮中的应用效果,选择体重在900-1 300 g之间的加利福尼亚肉兔和健康新西兰白兔156只,随机分为3组,每组52只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组用20%的醋糟替代基础日粮中10%的谷草和10%的小米壳,试验Ⅱ组用25%的发酵醋糟替代基础日粮中10%的谷草和10%的小米壳。预饲期5 d,正试期50 d,试验期共55 d。结果表明:肉兔血液生理指标中淋巴细胞百分比(LY%)试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别比对照组低19.67%(P〈0.05)和13.69%(P〈0.05),其余各项指标组间均无显著差异(P〉0.05)。试验Ⅰ组制粒效果差,对照组和试验Ⅱ组制粒效果较好。因此,肉兔日粮中添加20%醋糟和25%发酵醋糟替代常规粗饲料均可提高动物健康水平,对其生长性能和其他生理生化指标无显著影响,可替代肉兔日粮中的谷草和小米壳使用,提高成活率,降低饲料成本;添加发酵醋糟比添加醋糟制粒效果更好。To study the effects of different vinegar residual level on production performance and some blood index in meat rabbits.A total of 156 New Zealand White rabbits and California meat rabbits weighting 900-1 300 g were randomly assigned into three groups. Rabbits in control group were fed a basal diet,those in test groupⅠ and Ⅱwere fed basal diet supplemental with 20%vinegar residue and 25% fermented vinegar residue. The test lasted for 55 days. In the aspect of weight,there was no difference among all groups. In this study,we found that the percentages of lymphocytes(LY%)in the Ⅰ and Ⅱ group were 19.67% and13.69% lower than in the control group(P 0.05),no significant difference in the other indexes(P〉0.05). It was preferable to test one group of poor granulation, control and test two groups granulation effect. Thus, rabbit diet with 20% vinegar residual and 25%fermented vinegar residual alternative to conventional roughage could improve animal health, but had no significant effect on growth performance and other physiological and biochemical parameters,and could replace meat rabbit diets rice straw and millet shell used to improve the survival rate, lower feed costs; fermented vinegar residual was better than vinegar residual on granulation effect, thereby reduced feed wastage, improved feed utilization and economic efficiency.
