奶牛乳房中药涂膜剂毒理学实验研究

摘　　要：为研究奶牛乳房中药涂膜剂的一般毒性及特殊毒性,评价其使用安全性,通过皮肤过敏实验、单次和多次给药皮肤刺激实验、测定半数致死量和最大耐受量的急性毒性实验,考察其安全性。结果:皮肤过敏实验显示奶牛乳房中药涂膜剂无任何皮肤致敏性。单次给药皮肤刺激性实验显示涂膜剂对完整皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤仅在用药后1 h出现轻微刺激,24 h后刺激反应消失;多次给药皮肤刺激性实验显示涂膜剂对完整皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤仅在用药3 d后出现轻度刺激。说明奶牛乳房中药涂膜剂单次和多次给药对完整皮肤无任何刺激性,而对破损皮肤有轻度刺激作用。奶牛乳房中药涂膜剂最大给药量(临床用量的562.5倍)实验未发现毒性反应。结论:该制剂可安全应用于临床。General and special toxicity of lraditional Chinese medicine plastics for dairy, cow nipple were studied, and its safety in application was evaluated. Traditional Chinese medicine plastics for cow nipple was preliminary assessed thought sensitivity test, cutaneous stimulation of Master single test and multiple dosing, acute toxicity test of median lethal close and maximum tolerable dose. The hypersensitiveness experiment showed that the traditional Chinese medicine plastics had no cutaneous sensitization. Master single skirl stimulus lest showed thai lhe plastics had no irritation to complete skin and micro-stimulation to damaged skin one hour after, and the irritant reaction disappeared 24 hour later. Multiple dosing skin stimulus test showed that the plastics had no irritation to complete skin and micro-stimulation to damaged skin 3 days after administration. Presentation of resuhs was that the traditional Chinese medicine plastics had no irritation to complete skin and micro-stimulation to damaged skin. Maximum dosage experiment showed that the toxic reaction had not detected under 562.5 times of clinic dosage. Conclusion ： The preparation is safe in clinic application.
