盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗输尿管结石的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合氢氯噻嗪治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法 85例输尿管结石患者,根据就诊单双日分为两组,对照组42例采用中药石韦散排石汤治疗,观察组43例采用盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组排石率为79.1%(34/43),显著高于对照组57.1%(24/42),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组结石排出时间(5.8±0.6)d和肾绞痛人均发生次数(0.3±0.6)次,均显著低于对照组(9.5±0.9)d和(1.4±0.8)次,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合氢氯噻嗪治疗输尿管结石起效快,效果确切,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate clinical effect by tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of ureteral calculus. Methods A total of 85 ureteral calculus patients were divided by admission date into two groups. Control group with 42 cases received traditional Chinese medicine by pyrrosia lingua powder lithagogue decoction, and observation group with 43 cases received tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules combined with hydrochlorothiazide for treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had obviously higher lithagogue rate as 79.1%（34/43） than 57.1%（24/42） of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Stone eradication time and renal colic frequency in the observation group as（5.8±0.6） d and（0.3±0.6） times were much lower than（9.5±0.9） d and（1.4±0.8） d in the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Incidence of complications was lower in the observation group, while it had no statistically significant difference with the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules and hydrochlorothiazide provides precise effect in treating ureteral calculus, with high safety. This method is worth promoting and applying.
