摘  要:目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入对儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效及社会经济效益分析。方法 100例支原体肺炎住院患儿随机分为治疗组(50例)与对照组(50例)。两组患儿均采用常规的大环内酯类抗生素(阿奇霉素或红霉素)抗感染,治疗组在其基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入。结果治疗组总有效率96%高于对照组的84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组的主要临床症状缓解时间明显缩短,住院费用明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧驱动雾化吸入布地奈德是一种较好的辅助治疗支原体肺炎的方法 ,可以明显减轻患儿家庭的经济负担。Objective To observe curative effect and socioeconomic performance of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children mycoplasma pneumoniae. Methods A total of 100 hospitalized children with mycoplasma pneumoniae were randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases). Both groups received conventional anti-infection therapy by macrolides antibiotics(azithromycin or erythrocin), and the treatment group received additional budesonide aerosol inhalation. Results The treatment group had higher total effective rate as 96% than 84% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The treatment group had obviously shortened relief time of main clinical symptoms and decreased hospitalization cost comparing with the control group. The difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Oxygen-driving budesonide aerosol inhalation is a good assistant method in treating mycoplasma pneumoniae, and it can remarkably reduce economical burden in patients' family.
