摘　　要：奥曲肽在临床特别是消化系统越来越广泛的应用,可用于治疗消化道出血、胰腺炎、肢端肥大症及相关肿瘤等。本文就其适应证、使用方法、疗程、使用剂量及不良反应等进行经综述,对其临床合理使用进行探讨,为临床安全使用该药提供参考。Octreotide has more and more widely clinical application especially for digestive system, and it can be applied for treating alimentary tract hemorrhage, pancreatitis, acromegaly and related tumors. This paper made summarization for its indication, application method, treatment course, administration dosage and adverse reactions, along with investigation of its rational clinical use, in order to provide reference for safe clinical use.
