摘  要:设计了一种新型的滤波器,就是在传统的腔体滤波器中加入介质谐振腔,即金属腔体和介质腔体混合的一种结构.这种混合结构有着介质腔体的高介电常数,很小的频率温度系数以及极高的Q值的优点,同时也有着金属腔体易调试、结构稳定、体积小等好处.为了使滤波器拥有更好的带外抑制,我们还加入了较多的传输零点.通过仿真软件Genesys对滤波器电路模型进行设计,用HFSS对滤波器的单腔以及双腔进行仿真,从而确定了滤波器的尺寸.最后两种仿真结果基本一致,证明该设计的可行性.A new type of filters with a structure mixed with medium cavity and metal cavity was designed based on the traditional cavity filter. This kind of hybrid structure carries the advantages of a high dielectric constant, a small frequency temperature coefficient, a high Q value from medium cavity, and is easy to debug, stable in structure, small in size and so on. In order to get a better restraint outside of the band, more transmission zeros were added to the filter. The circuit model of the filter was simulated with Genesys. The single cavity and the double cavities of the filter were simulated with HFSS to determine the size of the filter. The simulations were basically the same and proved the feasibility of the design.
