鄢陵花木业发展优劣势分析及对策研究

摘　　要：从便捷的交通条件、适宜的自然条件、浓厚的历史传统、精湛的栽培技艺、正确的政府引导等方面分析鄢陵花木业发展的优势,劣势条件有:季风气候的影响、市场信息控制能力的欠缺、缺乏自主知识产权的产品、企业的经营和专业化程度不高、从业人员结构不合理等方面.对策包括加强农业基础设施建设、培养花农的企业家精神、提高花木经纪人的规模和素质并建立覆盖全国的花木销售平台、完善资金保障体系、注重自身的多样化发展、施行名牌战略、加快鄢陵花木产业集群的建设等方面.This paper analyses the superiority conditions of Yanling flowers and trees industry development from several aspects, such as convenient transportation condition, suitable natural condition, strong historical tradition, excellent cultivation techniques, correct guidance of the government, and so on. At the same time, there are some weaknesses, such as the influence of Asian monsoon, the lack of market information control, the absence of independent intellectual property products, the low standard of professionalization and company management, the unreasonable structure of staff etc. Considering the weaknesses, this paper provides some countermeasures, which contain enhancing agriculture infrastructure construction, cultivating the entrepreneurship of farmers, improving the quantity and quality of agents, establishing nationwide selling platform, perfecting the financial security system, laying emphasis on the diversified development, implementing brand strategy, speeding up the establishment of the industrial cluster etc.
