摘  要:目的:探讨全程健康教育模式在甲状腺功能亢进患者中的应用效果。方法对80例甲状腺功能亢进患者运用全程健康教育模式,将健康教育前后调查结果进行对比分析。结果实施全程健康教育的患者定时复查、按时服药、合理饮食、适当运动、自我护理与实施前相比较有显著差异( P<0.01)。结论实施全程健康教育模式可提高甲状腺功能亢进患者的依从性及自我管理能力。Objective To explore the effect of the whole-course health education in patients with hyperthy-roidism. Methods A total of 80 patients with hyperthyroidism were treated with the whole-course health education, the results were compared between with before and after health education. Results Compared with before the implementa-tion phase, after the implementation of the whole-course health education for patients, there were significant differences with regular review, taking medicine on time, reasonable diet, proper exercise, self-care (P〈0. 01) . Conclusions The whole-course implementation of health education can improve the compliance of patients with hyperthyroidism and self management ability.
