艾灸治疗老年下肢动脉硬化合并压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察艾灸在双下肢动脉硬化合并压疮护理中的效果。方法将60例双下肢动脉硬化合并压疮的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组予常规治疗,观察组予常规治疗加用艾灸,治疗4周后评定疗效。结果两组疗效、治愈时间比较,观察组优于治疗组,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用中医理论,对伤口实施辨证施护,利用艾灸治疗明显提高患者动脉硬化合并压疮的治愈率。Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion in the treating for senile lower limb arteriosclerosis combined pressure ulcers. Methods A total of 60 senile lower limb arteriosclerosis patients with pressure ulcers were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted routine treatment, the observation group adopted routine treatment and moxibustion. After 4 weeks, curative effect was assessed. Results The curative effect, curative time of two groups were compared, the observation group was better than the treatment group, P〈0. 05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Using Chinese medicine theory, implementing differ-entiation the nursing for wound, moxibustion therapy can significantly improve arteriosclerosis in patients with the cure rate of pressure ulcers.
