摘 要:近年来3D打印技术的应用已由工业领域扩展到建筑领域,出现了以选择性沉积打印技术为基础的"轮廓工艺",以及以选择性黏合打印技术为基础的"黏结工艺"。通过将3D打印技术与传统的配筋砌体剪力墙结构体系相结合,提出一种新型的3D打印体系——3D打印配筋砌体剪力墙体系。将该体系的材料强度与传统砌块进行对比,并根据现有规范计算分析了以该体系建造的示范工程,论证了3D打印配筋砌体剪力墙体系的合理性和有效性,为3D打印在建筑领域的发展和应用做出了有益探索。3D printing has been applied not only in traditional industry,but also in building engineering.Contour technology as well as adhesive technology are two major types of 3D printing technology invented in building engineering. Combined with the advantages of 3D printing and the traditional reinforced masonry structure system,this paper puts forward a new structure system: 3D printing reinforced masonry structure system. The comparison of the material strength between 3D printing material and masonry,and the analysis of the new structure system according to existing standards and specifications demonstrates the rationality and validity of 3D-printing reinforced masonry structure system,contributing to the application of 3D printing in the field of building engineering.
