2012-2014年性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解性病门诊男性就诊者近3年艾滋病相关知识知晓、高危行为发生和HIV感染状况。为STD人群HIV防治和干预提供基础信息和依据。方法分别对2012、2013和2014年监测期内在陕西省皮肤性病防治所性病门诊就诊的共1 200名男性就诊者进行问卷调查和采血检测。结果 2012-2014年监测人群近三年患性病率分别为11.7%、9.00%、9.50%(χ2=1.89,P>0.05),艾滋病相关知识知晓率分别为61.7%、62.5%、95.2%。HIV抗体阳性率分别为0.00%、1.75%、2.75%(χ2=10.49,P<0.01),2013、2014年HIV抗体阳性者中有同性肛交性行为比例分别占57.1%、63.6%。结论 2012-2014年性病门诊男性就诊人群性病患病率稳定,艾滋病知识知晓率提高,HIV阳性率近3年内有增高趋势,需注意加强STD人群中男男同性恋群体健康教育和行为干预。Objective The study was conducted to learn about the male attendants in clinic of STD for the the awareness of the knowledge of AIDS/HIV, the incidence of high-risk behavior and infection of HIV, in order to provide basic information for the HIV prevention and intervention in STD group. Methods Independently the questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 cases of male attendants in clinic of STD from 2012 to 2014, and the blood of attendants was extracted for the serological detection of HIV antibody. Results The rates of 2012-2014 monitoring group in nearly three year of suffering from the venereal disease were 11.7%, 9.00%, 9.50% （X2=1.89,P〉0.05）. The awareness rate of the male attendants for knowledge of AIDS/HIV from 2012-2014 was 61.7%, 62.5%, 95.2%. The rates of positive HIV antibody were 0.00% in 2012, 1.75% in 2013, 2.75% in 2014 （X2=10.49, P〈0.01）, the proportion of having gay anal sex behavior in positive HIV antibody group was 57.1% in 2013, 63.6% in 2014. Conclusion The rates of 2012-2014 monitoring group of suffering from the venereal disease are stable. The rates of awareness of the male attendants in clinic of STD for knowledge of AIDS/HIV are raised, and the rates of HIV infection are increased In recent 3 years. We need to pay more attention to strengthen the health education and behavioral intervention of MSM group.
