气候因子对金银花绿原酸含量影响的研究

摘　　要：采用HPLC法测定了山东、河南、福建、上海、广西和云南6个产地金银花中绿原酸含量,阐释了气候因子对金银花中绿原酸含量的影响,并对其与生态因子间的灰色关联度进行分析。结果表明,温度是影响金银花绿原酸含量的主导因子,高温胁迫对绿原酸含量的影响最为显著,日照时数和降雨量的影响较小。The chlorogenic acid content was determined by HPLC in FLOS LONICERAE from Shandong, Henan,Fujian,Shanghai,Guangxi and Yunnan.The influences of climatic factors to chlorogenic acid content were analyzed in this paper,and also their grey relational degrees.The results showed that temperature was the dominant factor affecting the content of chlorogenic acid in FLOS LONICERAE,especially the high -tem-perature stress had the most significant influences;sunshine duration and precipitation had little effects on the content of chlorogenic acid.
