摘  要:采用RP-HPLC法建立了忍冬藤中绿原酸、马钱苷、当药苷三种成分的含量测定方法。色谱条件为:Aglient TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:A为乙腈,B为0.4%磷酸溶液,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min;检测波长为240 nm,柱温25℃。在该色谱条件下,所测定三种成分均达到基线分离,且各成分在线性范围内线性关系良好,精密度、重现性、稳定性均良好,回收率变化范围为98.65%~99.07%。该方法准确、简便、可行,可以用于忍冬藤的质量控制。A new method for simultaneously determining the contents of chlorogenic acid,loganin and chiratin in Lonicerae japonicae caulis was set up by RP -HPLC.The chromatographic conditions were as Aglient TC -C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),acetonitrile (A)and 0.4% (V /V)phosphoric acid solution (B)composed as the mobile phase for gradient elution,1.0 mL/min of flow rate,240 nm of detec-tion wavelength and 25℃ of column temperature.The results showed that all the three components were sepa-rated well and their calibration curves showed good linear regression within test ranges;and the precision,re-producibility and stability of this method were better and the recovery rates ranged from 98.65% to 99.07%. In conclusion,this method was accurate,reliable and convenient,so it could be used for the quality evalua-tion of Lonicerae japonicae caulis.
