摘 要:为明确在苹果采果期使用丙环唑、氟环唑可能产生的膳食安全风险,用25%丙环唑水乳剂1 000倍液(250 mg a.i./kg)、25%丙环唑水乳剂500倍液(500 mg a.i./kg)、12.5%氟环唑悬浮剂333倍液(375 mg a.i./kg)、12.5%氟环唑悬浮剂167倍液(750 mg a.i./kg)处理苹果,进行残留试验及不同消费群体的膳食暴露和风险评估。结果表明,4个处理果实上的原始沉积量分别为3.37、4.72、1.61、2.95 mg/kg;半衰期分别为7.5、7.8、10.8、10.5 d。膳食暴露风险评估表明,不同消费群体的风险商存在差异,幼年消费者风险商明显高于成年人;加倍量喷施药物的风险商明显高于常量药物;喷施25%丙环唑水乳剂1 000倍液、500倍液后0~45 d,苹果中丙环唑残留对7类典型人群的风险商均在12.0以下;喷施12.5%氟环唑悬浮剂333倍液、167倍液后0~45 d,苹果中氟环唑残留对上述7类典型人群的风险商均在27.0以下。表明在苹果采果期合理使用丙环唑、氟环唑对消费者的膳食健康风险低。In order to determinate the dietary risk of using propiconazole and epoxiconazole for apple in picking period,the residue test,dietary exposure and risk assessment were conducted by treating apples with 1 000 and 500 times liquid of 25% propiconazole emulsion in water (250 and 500 mg a.i./kg),333 and 167 times liquid of 12.5% epoxiconazole emulsion in water (375 and 750 mg a.i./kg)respectively.The results showed that the original accumulation of the four treatments were 3.37,4.72,1.61 and 2.95 mg/kg respec-tively with the half -life as 7.5,7.8,10.8 and 10.5 days,respectively.The results of dietary exposure esti-mation showed that different age groups had different risk quotient;the risk quotient of children was obviously higher than that of adults.The risk quotient of double application rate was obviously higher than that of the normal rate.During 0 ~45 days after treatments,the risk quotient for seven kinds of typical persons was below 12.0 with the application of 1 000 and 500 times liquid of 25% propiconazole emulsion in water,and below 27.0 with the application of 333 and 167 times liquid of 12.5% epoxiconazole emulsion in water.In conclu-sion,rational use of propiconazole and epoxiconazole for apple in picking period had lower dietary health risk to consumers.
