山东肉鸡生产成本收益和生产效率分析

摘　　要：山东作为肉鸡生产的主产区,对其成本收益和生产效率的分析具有重要意义。本研究基于《全国农产品成本效益资料汇编》中的数据,运用数据包络分析方法,对山东2004~2013年肉鸡生产的成本收益和生产效率进行了分析。研究表明：山东肉鸡生产成本总体呈上升趋势,低于全国平均水平;在肉鸡生产的各项成本费用构成中,精饲料费占的比重最大,其次是仔畜费、人工费和医疗防疫费;山东肉鸡生产收益总体上呈上升趋势,但低于全国平均水平,肉鸡生产还处于一种高投入低产出的模式;肉鸡生产存在规模不经济的现象,技术效率有待于提高。As the main producing area of broiler,it is significant to analyze the cost -benefit and effi-ciency of Shandong Province.Based on the data in the National Agricultural Product Cost -Benefit Compila-tion,the broiler production cost -benefit and efficiency of Shandong Province in 2004 ~2013 were analyzed u-sing the panel data and DEA model.The results showed that the broiler production costs of Shandong Province rose overall,but still lower than that of the national mean.In the cost structure,the concentrate feed costs ac-counted for the largest proportion,followed by the newborn animal costs,labor costs,medical expenses and epidemic costs.The earnings of broiler production in Shandong Province showed a rising trend overall,but still lower than that of the national mean,so the broiler production was still in a state of high input and low output.The broiler production had a diseconomy of scale phenomenon,so its technical efficiency should be improved.
