摘 要:海洋平台塔式井架受到环境因素的影响,会产生不同类型的缺陷,导致井架整体承载能力下降。根据曲率模态损伤识别理论,针对渤海某塔式井架,应用ANSYS软件对缺陷产生前、后的塔式井架曲率模态差进行了计算和分析,并通过试验进行了验证。研究结果表明,局部腐蚀和弯曲可造成井架前2阶的曲率模态发生变化;整体倾斜可造成井架的前5阶曲率模态发生变化;局部缺陷值越大,曲率模态差也越大;对于塔式井架,局部腐蚀损伤只导致该损伤部位的曲率模态差发生变化;局部弯曲除导致损伤部位曲率模态差发生变化外,还导致其上、下相邻杆件的曲率模态差发生变化;整体倾斜时,塔式井架结构从底部到中部的曲率模态差发生由大到小的变化。Under the influence of environmental factors, tower mast on offshore platform usually suffers from different defects, leading to decline in the bearing capability of the mast?Based on the damage identification theory of curvature difference mode, in this paper, ANSYS is used to calculate and analyze curvature mode differences of a tower mast in Bohai Oilfield before and after occurrence of defects, and the results are verified through experi?ments?The research results show that local corrosion and bending may cause change of first 2?order curvature mode of mast?The overall tilting may cause change of first 5?order curvature mode of mast?The larger the local defect val?ue is, the larger the curvature mode difference will be?With regard to tower mast, local corrosion damage will only cause change of curvature mode difference of the damaged part, and the curvature mode differences of other nodes will not change?The local bending will not only cause change of curvature mode difference of the damaged part, but cause the change of curvature mode differences of its adjacent links ( above and below) ?In case of overall tilting, the curvature mode differences from bottom to middle of tower mast structure will have a decreasing change.
