摘 要:针对稠油管油垢堆积和难清洗等问题,研发了高温蒸汽射流清洗技术。通过理论及数值模拟确定了高温蒸汽射流清洗系统运行的最优温度、蒸汽压力、蒸汽用量及喷嘴结构尺寸等关键参数。现场试验及模拟结果表明,蒸汽射流喷嘴内的温度和压力在管内呈梯度分布,可提高蒸汽射流在稠油管内的凝结潜热释放效率,有效清洗附着在管壁的稠油油垢;高温蒸汽射流清洗与其他射流介质清洗技术相比更节能、环保,能收到更好的清洗效果。高温蒸汽射流清洗系统有效地解决了稠油管清洗难题,为我国的稠油管清洗保养提供了技术支持。To address the issues of oil scale accumulation and cleaning, theoretical study, numerical simula?tion and field testing have been conducted to develop the high?temperature steam jet cleaning technology?The opti?mal key parameters like the operation temperature, steam pressure, steam consumption and nozzle structure and dimension have been determined by theory study and numerical simulation?Field test and simulation results show that the temperature and pressure within the steam jet nozzle are in gradient distribution?Improving the efficiency of condensation latent heat release of steam jet in the heavy oil pipe could effectively clean heavy oil scale attached to the pipe wall?Compared with other jet media, high temperature steam jet is more energy saving, environmental friendly while gaining better cleaning performance, which could effectively address the issue of heavy oil pipe cleaning, providing technical supports for heavy oil pipe cleaning and maintenance.
