摘 要:在对水力旋流器井下油水分离效果的研究中,关于管柱溢流流道对分离效果的影响尚未见文献报道。为此,通过对两级旋流器串联工艺进行研究,分析溢流流道对旋流器出口总产油量的影响,并提出了4种流道结构优化方案,即不等径环空流道结构优化、两级汇总处相贯结构优化、两级汇总处喷管结构优化以及两级连接处结构优化。利用数值模拟方法,通过与原始结构的流道进行对比,分析流道结构优化后出油率、油相质量分率以及流场分布情况。研究结果表明,改进后的流道流场更稳定,更有利于油液的排出,有助于提高原油产出量。通过参数优选,可获得更好的旋流分离效果。In the study of oil?water separation performance of downhole hydrocyclone, the effect of string o?verflow channel on the separation performance has not been reported?Through study on the two?stage series hydrocy?clone technology, the effect of the overflow channel on the oil yield of hydrocyclone outlet has been analyzed?Four kinds of flow channel structure optimization program have been proposed, the unequal diameter annular flow chan?nel structure optimization, optimization of the intersect structure at the two stage confluence part, optimization of nozzle structure at the two stage confluence part and optimization of the connection at the two stage confluence part?Numerical simulation has been conducted?The oil yield, the oil phase mass fraction and flow field distribution have been analyzed comparing the original structure and the optimized structure?The results show that the flow field of the improved flow channel is more stable, more conducive to the discharge of oil, helping to improve crude oil output?Through parameter optimization, better hydrocyclone separation performance have been obtained.
