摘 要:为了提高稠油水平井热采的稳产效果,延长防砂有效期,研制了水平井热采高强度耐冲蚀筛管。该筛管采用中心管、网式挡砂装置、绕丝自洁过滤装置和冲压式外保护过滤装置4层结构设计,具有较强的耐冲蚀、耐腐蚀、耐高温、抗冲刷和抗堵塞性能。现场120多口井的应用结果表明,该筛管一次性施工成功率100%,使用寿命长,最早施工的井已连续生产938 d,提高了油井利用率,增加了产量,降低了生产成本,很好地满足了热采水平井注汽热采和防砂要求。To maintain a consistent heavy oil production of thermal recovery horizontal well and extend the sand control validity period, a high strength erosion resistant sand screen for thermal recovery horizontal well has been developed considering the actual needs of the field?The screen has four layers of the central tube, mesh layer for sand retention, self?cleaning wrap?wire filter layer and stamping protective filter layer, with a great erosion re?sistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and good anti?washout and plugging resistance perform?ances?Applications in over 120 wells indicate that, with 100% success rate of operation and long service life?the earliest applied well has been continuously produced for 938 days, the new developed sand screen could effectively extend the period between well workover, improve oil well utilization, increase production and reduce production costs, meeting the sand control requirements for steam injection thermal recovery horizontal well.
