摘　　要：为了解决防污染封隔器密封不严和解卡打捞困难等问题,研制了JDY455可取式多用途丢手封隔器。该封隔器采用液压双级坐封工具坐封、双向卡瓦锚定、上提油管解封,密封、锚定安全可靠,内、外中心管采取脱节式设计,解卡力小;一封多用,不仅可代替桥塞进行卡堵水作业,还可用于天然气井生产、气举、注水和封层等多种增产措施。试验和应用结果表明,封隔器的工作压差达到35 MPa,工作温度150℃,解卡力58 k N,满足冀东油田防污染工艺要求。To solve such problems with the anti?pollution packer as sealing failure and difficult releasing and fishing, the JDY455 retrievable multipurpose releasing packer has been developed?The packer is set by hydraulic two?stage setting tool, has a two?way slip anchor and is released by pulling the tubing, having a safe and reliable sealing and anchoring?The inner and outer central tubes have adopted disjunction design with small unfreezing force?The packer is multipurpose and could be applied in natural gas well production, gas lift and water injection layer plugging besides of plugging water as an alternative of bridge plug?Experimental tests and field application re?sults show that the packer has a working pressure of 35 MPa, working temperature of 150℃, Unfreezing force of 58 kN, meeting the requirements for anti?pollution technology of Jidong Oilfield.
