摘  要:对铸态RE(NiCoMnAl)5合金1 173 K退火、甩片、甩片+1 173 K退火的工艺进行处理。合金通过XRD、SEM等分析发现,通过1 173 K退火及甩片+1173 K退火后其成分变得更加均匀。电化学和动力学测试结果表明,铸态合金1 173 K退火及甩片+1 173K退火具有良好的常温电化学性能,而铸态及甩片+1173 K退火具有良好的低温放电性能,甩片+1 173 K退火处理合金具有最佳的综合电化学性能。The effects of rapid quenching,1 173 K annealed and rapid quenching with 1 173 K annealed on the electrochemical performances of as-cast RE(NiCoMnAl)5hydrogen storage alloys were comparatively investigated to explore the optimal process. XRD,SEM analysis found that the composition become more homogenous after 1 173 K annealed. The results of electrochemical and kinetic measurement show that,the as-cast alloy of 1 173 K annealed and rapid quenching with 1 173 K annealed had the good electrochemical performance at room temperature,while the as-cast and rapid quenching with 1 173 K annealed had the good electrochemical performance at low temperature. It indicates the rapid quenching with 1 173 K annealed alloy had the best overall electrochemical properties.
