摘  要:以硫酸镍及四氯化锡为主盐,以次磷酸钠为还原剂,运用化学镀技术在碳钢L245上沉积Ni-Sn-P镀层。根据Sn含量不同,将试样分为6组。采用能谱分析仪及扫描电镜检测镀层特定元素的含量及表面结构形态;根据极化曲线及交流阻抗谱分析镀层耐蚀性。结果表明,化学沉积中Sn元素的加入明显降低镀层的孔隙率,提高镀层的耐蚀性;Sn含量在7.05%(质量分数)的镀层的孔隙率最低,耐蚀性最好。Electroless Ni-Sn-P coatings were deposited on mild steel L245 substrates in an alkaline-citrate-based bath where nickel sulphate and stannic chloride were used as metal ion sources and sodium hypophosphite was used as a reducing agent.Six groups of coatings were prepared based on the content of stannum.The element concentration and surface morphology of the coatings were examined by energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The corrosion resistance were examined by polarization curve and AC impedance spectroscopy.Results indicated that stannum can reduce the porosity of coating and improve the corrosion resistance.The coating with stannum 7.05wt% had the minimum porosity and the highest corrosion resistance.
