摘  要:【目的】观察壮药痛风康颗粒对实验性痛风的治疗作用,为其在临床上应用提供药理学依据。【方法】采用次黄嘌呤诱导高尿酸血症模型、尿酸钠(MSU)诱导大鼠足跖肿胀模型,分别观察痛风康颗粒对高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸、对MSU所致大鼠足跖肿胀的影响;采用小鼠热板法、醋酸致小鼠扭体法观察痛风康颗粒的镇痛作用;观察灌胃给药的LD50,评价其药物安全性。【结果】痛风康颗粒对高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸具有显著降低作用(P<0.05,P<0.01);对MSU所致大鼠足跖肿胀程度有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05,P<0.01);灌胃给予痛风康颗粒60min后,痛风康颗粒可显著提高小鼠热板痛阈,降低醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.05);经灌胃给药的LD50为116.30g药材/kg。【结论】痛风康颗粒可降低高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸、抑制大鼠足跖肿胀,且具有镇痛作用,具有一定的抗痛风作用,口服应用具有较高的安全性。【Objective】The effects of Tongfengkang Granules on anti-gout were studied to provide a pharmacdogical reference for its clinical application.【Methods】Hyperuricemia mice were induced by hypoxanthine and toes' swelling rats were induced by sodium urate(MSU).The effects of Tongfengkang Granules were studied on the serum uric acid level of acute gouty arthritis mice,and on the toe swelling rate of model rats.The analgesic effect was evaluated by mice stimulated with acetic acid or hot plate.LD50 of oral administration was observed to evaluate the safety of the drug.【Results】Tongfengkang Granules could markedly reduce both the serum uric acid level in acute gouty arthritis rats(P <0.05,P <0.01)and the toe swelling rate(P <0.05,P <0.01).After 60 min of orally administration,Tongfengkang Granules had significantly analgesic effect on the mice stimulated by acetic acid or hot plate(P <0.05).The LD50 of Tongfengkang Granules was 116.30 g crude/kg.【Conclusion】Tongfengkang Granules could significantly reduce the serum uric acid level of hyperuricemia mice and the toe swelling rate in gouty arthritis rats,and has certain analgesic effect in mice.Its oral administration revealed high security.
