中外合作办学外方合作者国别(地区)分布特点及发展趋势

摘　　要：当前,经教育部审批通过的中外合作办学中,外方合作者涉及30个国家(地区)。中外合作办学发展的30余年,英国、美国、澳大利亚和俄罗斯始终是外方合作者主要来源国,但是外方合作者的国别(地区)在不断地扩展,传统教育输出国家的优势在逐渐弱化。中外合作办学在未来发展中,美国与俄罗斯高校来华合作热情短期内不会减退,与"一带一路"沿线国家(地区)之间合作办学将逐渐增多,外方合作者的国别(地区)分布将更加多元化。At present,30 foreign countries and districts are involved in the co-running schools with foreign countries which are permitted by Ministry of Education. Over the 30 years of developing co-running schools with foreign countries,the main countries have been Britain,America,Australia and Russia as foreign cooperators. But other countries and districts of foreign cooperators are expanding. The advantages of traditional educational export countries have been weakening. In the future development of co-running schools with foreign countries,the enthusiasm of America and Russia in cooperation in China will continue;the cooperation with the countries along One Belt and One Road to run schools will be gradually increased;and the geographical distribution of foreign cooperators will be more diversified.
