摘　　要：高校后勤工作是高校整体工程的重要组成部分,服务是高校后勤工作的核心。努力提高后勤服务水平,就要主动增强后勤责任意识、服务意识、创新意识、团队意识、安全意识等五种意识,全力服务教学科研,才能从根本上不断提升后勤服务水平,提高服务质量。The logistics department is an important part of Colleges and universities, service is the core of university logistic work. If we want to improve the logistics service level, so it is necessary to take the initiative to enhance the five kinds of consciousness: responsibility consciousness, service consciousness, innovation consciousness, team awareness, security awareness, and then we will try our best to serve the teaching and scientific research.
