摘　　要：目的:观察髋部骨折患者围手术期静脉血TNF-α、IL-2和IL-6的表达规律。方法:选取行内固定手术的髋部骨折患者62例,在骨折后的2 d、8 d、13 d、15 d的清晨及骨折后的6 d手术结束时静脉抽血,检测TNF-α、IL-2和IL-6表达水平。结果:髋部骨折后的第6天TNF-α表达水平升至最高值,与骨折后2 d、8 d、13 d、15 d比较,差异显著(P<0.05);髋部骨折发生后第2天IL-2表达水平出现高值,第6 d降到最低;第6天的IL-2值与骨折后2 d、8 d、13 d、15 d比较,差异均显著(P<0.05);髋部骨折第6 d IL-6表达水平升至最高值,与骨折后2 d、8 d、13 d、15 d比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:髋部骨折患者骨折后第6天TNF-α、IL-6表达水平至高峰,随后逐降之,而骨折后第2天IL-2表达水平至高峰,第6天达最低值。Objective:To explore expression profile of TNF-alpha, IL-2 and IL-6 for patients vein blood with hip fractures in perioperative period. Methods:62 cases with hip fractures undergoing internal fixation operation were selected, and the levels of TNF-alpha, IL-2 and IL-6 were determined in the morning of 2d, 8d, 13d and 15d as well ass 6d (at the end of the operation) through vein blood sampling. Results:Compared with those at 2d, 8d, 13d, and 15d, the TNF-alpha level was the highest at 6d, and the differences were significant (P<0. 05). The highest level of IL-2 occurred at 2d, but decreased to the lowest at 6d;the differences of IL-2 levels among 6d and 2d, 8d, 13d, and 15d were significant (P<0. 05). The highest level of IL-6 occurred at 6d, and the differences among 6d and 2d, 8d, 13d, and 15d were significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions: For the patients with hip fractures, the TNF-alpha and IL-6 levels reach the highest at 6d and then decrease gradually, while the highest level of IL-2 occurs at 2d and then decreases to the lowest at 6d.
