摘　　要：目的:探讨McKenzie疗法对颈型颈椎病患者颈椎功能的影响。方法:将130例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均在健康宣教的基础上分别给予McKenzie疗法和常规颈椎锻炼;10d为1个疗程,每个疗程间隔2d,共治疗2个疗程,分别在治疗前后进行临床疗效和颈椎功能评定。结果:2个疗程结束后,两组患者的临床疗效显著,而组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者颈椎治疗成绩评分均有改善,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用McKenzie疗法治疗颈型颈椎病患者得疗效确切,尤其对颈椎功能的改善显著,作为一套简便易行且不易复发的颈椎自我康复方案值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate effects of McKenzie therapy on cervical function in patients with neck type cervical spon-dylosis. Methods:130 patients with the neck type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were given McKenzie therapy or conventional cervical exercise based on health education;10 days were required for one course with 1 day interval of 2 courses, and 2 courses were required. The clinical efficacy and cervical function evaluation should be assessed before and after the treatment. Results:After the 2 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacies of the two groups were significant, but no significant difference was found between two groups (P>0. 05). The cervical function evaluation of the two groups were both improved after the 2 courses of treatment, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 01). Conclusions:McKenzie therapy for neck type cervical spondylosis is definitely curative, especially on the improvement of cervical function. Therefore, It is worth being promoted as a self rehabilitation scheme because of convenience and no recurrence.
