摘　　要：为外籍人士提供高品质的工作生活环境,是上海建设国际大都市的一项重要指标,也是上海打造全球网络节点城市的重要内容。在当前上海为外籍人士服务已有较好基础的条件下,未来上海要更加注重城市软件与环境提升,更加注重精细化、品质化与多元化服务,努力使上海成为全球外籍人士宜居宜业的高地。Providing high-quality working and living environment for expatriates,is an important indicator of the construction of Shanghai international metropolis,Shanghai is to build the world's major cities an important part of the network nodes.In the current Shanghai for expatriates service has been good foundation conditions,pay more attention to the future of Shanghai city software and environmental improvement,more emphasis on sophisticated,quality- oriented and diversified services,and strive to make Shanghai a global expatriates livable industry Heights.
